The experience people in Mexico have with prehistoric financial systems is absurd. Regardless of the ‘stability’ these institutions might convey in their comms, their actual tools are obsolete and what they request for transactions is not consistent with today’s needs. They live in the past. Nu is here to help people that still experience an ancient handling of their finances, thus escaping from financial prehistory by giving them control over their money. The creative concept: Welcome to the Nu era.
To start off the campaign, we began by breaking a Guinness World Record:
Once the feat gave us an estimated earned media value of USD$171K, a reach of 51.7M impressions, and a 100% of positive sentiment, it was time for the proper campaign to launch.
For this, we had the help of Karla Souza, a Mexican actress, best known from 'How to Get Away with Murder', 'Home Economics', 'Day Shift', among others, in order to bring Mexicans out of financial prehistory and into the 'Nu era'.
